The Cyber Crime Branch of the police has arrested three people for uploading videos of medical examination of women in hospitals in Gujarat. One of these accused, Chandra Prakash, also used to upload videos of women bathing in the Mahakumbh held in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh on social media. Ahmedabad Cyber Crime Deputy Commissioner of Police Lavina Sinha gave this information to the media.

According to Lavina Sinha, Chandra Prakash started a YouTube channel called ‘CP Monda’ a few months ago. On this channel, he uploaded videos of women pilgrims bathing in Mahakumbh. Chandra Prakash was arrested from Prayagraj, while Prajwal Taili and Praj Patil were also arrested from Latur and Sangli in Maharashtra.
Mahakumbh 2025 : Broadcasting of objectionable videos
Sinha said the accused had shared objectionable videos of female patients recorded at a Rajkot hospital on Telegram to earn money. Taili and Patil had obtained the videos of female patients from hackers, while Chandra Prakash had downloaded videos from other YouTube channels and uploaded them on his channel recently.
Viral videos on social media
Sinha said they were investigating whether Chandra had also shared the videos for the purpose of earning money. These two people from Maharashtra have no connection with Chandra Prakash. In the videos that went viral on social media, female patients were seen getting examined by a female doctor or getting injections by a nurse in a closed room of the hospital. Police investigation found that the viral video was CCTV footage of Payal Maternity Home in Rajkot.
